Resolutions for 2022

  1. I will stretch for 10 minutes everyday. Flexibility is something I often say I want to improve, but rarely take the time to actually work on it. I’ve been wanting to achieve my front splits for many years, but I haven’t made much progress… because I struggle to consistently stretch for more than a few days at once. Rather than setting a “check and done” goal of actually getting my front splits, I’m going to make it a routine to stretch regularly.

  2. I will read 2 books a month. Fiction or non-fiction, it doesn’t matter. I got a library card from my local library a couple months ago, and I resolve to continue making good use of it. I tend to go through reading bursts, where I spend get through a lot of books in a short period of time, and then go months without reading anything. I’m going to strive for more consistency. To keep myself accountable, I will keep a list of all the books I read; medium TBD.
